Some claimants seem to misunderstand how attorneys function. Attorneys are trained to be precise, direct, and correct. They are not priests. They are not social workers. They are not doctors. They are not psychiatrists. A lawyer will try to prove what the claimant or a medical provider says as true. Remember the lawyer does not make the facts or the law. The claimant makes the facts and the courts make the law.
