If I had a preexisting medical issue or injury, which was aggravated by my employment would it make me ineligible for federal workers’ compensation?

You may be eligible for compensation. If you had a non-debilitative preexisting medical condition that worsened or later resulted in disability due to your employment, you would still be eligible for FECA benefits. Keep in mind medical evidence must indicate that your employment contributed to the aggravation of the condition.
