Each year, I try to comment on various ECAB cases. Naturally, I am of the opinion that cases wherein I am the representative are the most relevant. However, I will try to be objective.

Each year, I try to comment on various ECAB cases. Naturally, I am of the opinion that cases wherein I am the representative are the most relevant. However, I will try to be objective.
Please remember that we are working with appeals. In any appellate process, most appeals will be denied. In my opinion, ECAB does try to follow the rules and case law. However, remember we are dealing with Justice and not Mercy. If I criticize the decision, I am merely expressing my opinion, and not commenting on the Board’s fairness.
