Certain Government employees that work at military bases are covered by a Workers’ Compensation type law called: Non-Appropriated Funds Act.  It is commonly called NAF.  Almost no attorneys will accept these types of cases because the payouts are rather small and the Insurance Carrier will not settle if the claimant is still employed by the Government.  I am one of the few Workers’ Compensation attorneys that will accept this type of case.
